The Word of God is present, living, and active. Declaring the Good News of Jesus Christ’s death, resurrection, ascension, and eventual return is a primary and historic function of the Church — regular preaching is also a fundamental practice of our worship rhythm each week.

Video killed the radio star… sort of.
Before the COVID-19 Pandemic struck in 2020 you would click on the catalogue of message series’ from Bridge City Community below to listen to the audio. Because of the pandemic the entire worship services of Bridge City were video recorded and posted. Now, you’ll have to do some fast forwarding to get to the sermon audio unless you want to get your whole worship on! (here’s to hoping someone (aka Pastor Josh) will some day pull the sermon audio from the video and save you some time.)
