Nancy Allen
Hi! I'm Nancy Allen, president of Bridge City Community(BCC). I have been with BCC since the very beginning(9 yrs) and experienced all the growth, changes, and successes that BCC has gone through. We have NEVER lost our focus to Act Justly, Love Mercy, and Walk Humbly. My time with BCC has given me the opportunity to grow in my spiritual journey and to see the light of Christ in new and exciting ways. I am a retired elementary school teacher, a life-long Lutheran, and have lived in Chattanooga for over 30yrs. It is an honor to serve as president of this organization.

Kathy Sykes
Kathy Calloway-Sykes is a native Chattanoogan and has practiced pharmacy for nearly 30 years. She is the residency program director and staff pharmacist at Parkridge Health System. Kathy is also a member of the hospital's diversity, equity and inclusion committee. Kathy has a fifteen year old son who attends Boyd Buchanan School.

Ted Ryan
Retired U.S. Department of Defense Operations Research Analyst, GS-1515-14 [Was also classified as a YD-1515-03 in DoD’s repealed National Security Personnel System (NSPS)] Ted Ryan served as an Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) senior lead analyst in developing Army wide workload-based manpower determination modeling and analysis tools before his retirement in 2011 – after 26 years as a federal civilian. Prior to his joining the federal civilian workforce he served 12 years in military uniform [U.S. Air Force: Strategic Air Command (SAC) and Air Force Management Engineering Agency (AFMEA)]. After he retired from the federal workforce, he was the owner of T. M. Ryan Analytical until it closed - at which time he entered full retirement.

Rosonia Burton
My name is Rosonia Burton. A resident of the Clifton Hills community for 27 years. I am a servant of the Clifton Hills Neighborhood Association, serving as the President 2017. Prior to this role I served as Secretary for 3 years and a faithful member. Our association became partners with Bridge City in early 2018 following our getting acquainted meeting in December 2017. We have partnered together to build a since of belonging to all within the Clifton Hills Community to share our space with various community activities. We have partnered together during several events, National Night Out, Community Clean-up Day, and support from members with their presence during our regular scheduled meetings (2nd Tuesday of each month, prior to COVID). We continue to build community with one neighbor at a time.

Donivan Brown
Donivan Brown is a speaker, consultant, organizer, equity trainer, moderator and facilitator. He's from Chattanooga, TN, and has also lived in Chicago, Illinois, Gastonia, North Carolina, and Killeen, Texas. He is the director of the Horton-Keller Center for Traumatic Healing in east Chattanooga, a member of the Chattanooga Racial Equity Collective and a co-facilitator with ARCC. He’s also chair of the Ed Johnson Project, a member of the African American Cemetery Preservation Fund and a volunteer work organizer at Pleasant Garden Cemetery.
